ATS-Google Account Sync

Intended only for NYC public and charter school GAFE super-admins using ATS as their source student information system.Takes a standard ATS CSV export (the RBIR) and syncs it to the school's Google user-base via Google's AdminSDK. Associates existing student accounts with likely matches in ATS, provisions new user accounts via a school-determined naming convention, and de-provisions all accounts for students no longer on register. Auto-syncs grade level Google groups to facilitate the use of domain groups in student-facing communications.
